All residents should have received a letter from Solitaire outlining the current situation and that landscaping will start the week commencing 7th June. APRA have had confirmation from Greenscape that this is the case.

APRA now have a meeting scheduled with the Divisional Property Manager and they will brief all committee members and Road Reps of the outcome of this meeting on Friday, a flyer will also be delivered to all residents over the weekend with an update.

Make a complaint to Solitaire
We continue to urge you to complain directly to Solitaire, using their agreed complaints procedure. if you are unhappy with this current situation. To make this process easier, the Committee have produced a number of standardised letters that you can adapt and use to initiate the complaints process.

To allow APRA to gather evidence of the continued poor management offered by Solitaire, the Committee would be grateful if you could copy all complaints to the Committee, see complaint contacts for further details.
