Tonight at 21:30, a 5 minute firework display will take place at Hayley Conference Centre. The Manager has asked APRA to provide this information to the residents via our website.

APRA Quiz Night at Alexandra House The 1st APRA quiz night was a great success. Another is planned for early Feb 2010, so watch out for further details. Thanks to all the residents who came along, and to Halyey Conference Centre for use of the sports bar and for the reduction in bar prices.


Sunday 6th December 2009
Christmas Carol Singing at Hayley Conference Centre with Wroughton Silver Band. We hope that all residents who attended this popular event enjoyed it. APRA wishes to thank the Wroughton Silver Band for providing the excellent music and to Hayley Conference Centre for their continued support and use of the lounge area.

November 2009 Mobile Library Service at Alexandra Park

The Mobile Library is now regularly coming to Alexandra Park from 1.15pm until 1.35pm on Saturdays It can be found opposite the monument on Whittingham Drive. Please do use this facility as it's still only on trail.

The Mobile library has on board -
Books for adults and children’s, large print items & audio books
The full library catalogue is available to all users. There are approx 3,000 items available.

There is a small seating area so you can sit down whilst you browse
Bottle bags for recycling are available for purchase

  

2nd APRA Quiz Night

Following on from the great success of the 1st APRA Quiz night, another is planned for Feb 2010. Further details to follow shortly

 

3rd APRA Golf Day

The 3rd APRA Golf Day will take place on Thursday March 25th at Ogbourne Downs Golf Club. Entry forms will be distributed soon, or CONTACT US to express an interest.

 

APRA Easter Egg Hunt 2010

The extremely popular Annual Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Sunday April 4th. Entry Forms will be distributed shortly.

Building work commences at Alexandra Park
Building work has commenced on the site of the former DWH site building. DWH anticipate the build time to be around one year. 		   
AGM 2009
The AGM took place on Monday 21st September 2009 at Hayley Conference. Thank you to all those members that attended and to our guest speakers, Sarah Bush and Eric Shaw.
